MEGA DEBLOATING GUIDE

INTRODUCTION:
Please note that debloating isn't very effective when you are over 15 percent body fat, however if you are below that it is a great way to quickly ascend.
Also I am aware some of this information may be common knowledge and I am aware so don't come in here spamming "muh water".

METHOD 1: HYDRATION
If you want to debloat it's important to make sure that you are always staying hydrated. Make sure that you are always getting enough water to support your body. I would highly recommend following a 'water cycle', which is basically just drinking different amounts of water daily, the water cycle I would personally recommend is down bellow

METHOD 1: HYDRATION
If you want to debloat it's important to make sure that you are always staying hydrated. Make sure that you are always getting enough water to support your body. I would highly recommend following a 'water cycle', which is basically just drinking different amounts of water daily, the water cycle I would personally recommend is down bellow
Sunday | Drink as little water as possible |
Monday | 1/2 gallon |
Tuesday | 1/2 gallon |
Wednesday | 1 gallon |
Thursday | 1/2 gallon |
Friday | 2 gallon |
Saturday | 1/2 gallon |
This water cycle seems to be quite effective for keeping you hydrated and making sure your body isn't holding onto too much excess water.
METHOD 2: DIET
When it comes to debloating maintaining a good diet is one of the most important steps. Make sure that you try to avoid foods with sodium in them as they are the main culprit in bloating, however if you want to counteract the sodium you can try eating foods with potassium.
Some great foods with potassium that I would highly recommend are bananas, potatoes, pomegranate and coconut water. Bananas are great for debloating as you can eat lots of them and they have high levels of potassium in them. Potatoes are also a great source of potassium as long as they aren't fried. Pomegranate is also great for it's potassium levels as well as having other good effects. Finally coconut water can also be good (if you can actually get it down

METHOD 3: SLEEP
Getting a good nights sleep can help lots with debloating. Make sure that you are getting at least 6-8 hours of quality sleep per night to fully debloat. I would recommend sleeping with your head slightly tilted up. If you have trouble with sleeping you can experiment with melanotan for better sleep.
METHOD 4: EXERCISE
Make sure that you are getting at least 1 hour of quality exercise each day to fully maximize your debloating. Cardio is probably the best exercise that debloats you the most. I would recommend going to the tread mill, stairs, or even just going for a light jog. Any form of exercise that gets your heartrate up and makes you sweat will do wonders for bloating.
METHOD 5: DIURETICS
OTC diuretics can be a great way to get rid of excess water weight. Make sure you don't over do it, and only buy over the counter diuretics or risk serious side effects.
