@.iBlameMyBones there's a pretty simple fix tho you can use hydrocortisone and a retinol they both can shrink skin tissue and tighten the skin as well ive tested it around areas and on other people it works really good for nose and philtrum literally was finna gatekeep this but this is literally obvious

Okay first of all your upper lip in the upper area of it , it has fatty tissue and sometimes people have lots of it in that area and what hydrocortisone could do is shrink the skin and tissue and throughout time it shorten it
