Hello Everyone I just wanted to share my progress over the past 1.5 years or so. I am so happy to say that mewing has changed my life and this is only the beginning. Thanks to you all and if you have any tips or comments to let me know and don’t hold back!

not that much. It's not complete cope, u shouldnt mouthbreathe at all first of all. U can get straighter teeth if u mew and since ur a kid maybe very small improvements. Still do it ofc but u should be worrying about doing surgery. U could also roid but thats kinda cope too, depending on ur age. The causation chain for mewing and jaw development is opposite. Mewing does not make your jaw more developed, your jaw development affects mewing.

Yeah I fixed my posture over the past couple of months and it also helped so maybe that’s it

Do you really think it’s that bad that surgery is needed? I think it’s about average but my face card is good so I don’t know if I really would even consider it.

ur jaw is a major part of ur face card wdym
from my perspective, ur jaw needs to have a longer mandible, its short which contributes to a convex side profile.

there's a huge chance your jaw surgery could be covered by insurance, cause your case is severe
