So I have been hard mewing with the back of the tongue for about a week now, previously I'd avoid doing that because I'm recessed and I can't breathe when I do that.
Anyway I woke up this afternoon only to realize I have hooded eyes now.
There's less upper eyelid exposure and my lower eyelids seem higher as well.
Overall my eyes appear smaller on my face.
I will post pics when I'm available.
I think it's really the back of the tongue we should focus on because it makes most of the difference.

Damn nobody gives a shit apparently

It's over

Bro, can you please do me a favor?

Can you please post few clear pics of your submental throat region while you mew?

Just to clear my confusion, tbqh of what you really mean by the 'back of your tongue'.
I rest the back of my tongue too, but i only feel the front. Yet, my submental looks tight, but I don't know till what extent it should be tight.
Thanks.

I can't really,because I can't hold that position for more than a few seconds.
So I can't take pics naturally
My tongue completely blocks my airway.
I take another deep breath and go at it once more.
Sounds autistic I know but it works

Im preety sure nobody can breath with their tounge all the way back there, but it always confused me. also how are you recessed no way

I thought not being able to breathe with your tongue entirely on the roof was a sign that you are recessed.
But I'm recessed anyway because my facial structure is not nearly as good as my father's grandfather's or my uncles'.

That doesn't mean that you are recessed in any way
I think it does,
The more forward growth I get,the better my facial structure.
I have video from two years ago me at the same weight in which I look like an absolute patato.
And I don't think I'm anywhere near done.
I have realistic expectations though don't worry about it.

Why would you even be recessed? Do you have sleep apena, did you ever mouth breath, or have orthodontic work? Is your gonial angle or jaw visibly downswung, or did you have dogshit posture. You don't look recessed at all.

2 years ago your bones were probably less developed and you may have had more bloat, I think your reading into things that don't indicate craniofacial dystrophy in any way.

I was mouth breather my entire life.
I had crooked teeth as young as 10 years old.
I used to snore in my sleep.
And I had dogshit posture too.
My gonion used to be invisible too.

I'm slowly fixing things

That changes things can you show pictures from younger? You don't look much recessed. Your case is probably mild

Less than two years actually.
This is me preparing the entire family(18 people) dinner.
It's raw wheat mixed with raw meat and spices.
Takes a lot of wrist strength to make it soft enough to eat.
You basically have to crush and grind it with your hands for hours.
So a male has to do it.
Just to give some context
The towel is there to wipe off sweat.

Your cheekbones went from dogshit low set to good
They are actually one of my strongest features now
Second only to my browridge.
I look good now
The problem I have now is the eye area but it's getting fixed too so I'm really happy

Bro, one day of hard mewing (back of the tongue), and i have less bigger eyes now, i am anomally who can breath while hard mewing, and i can hard mew on that area for too long, (rather than tip and middle of the tongue), is this the way you are supposed to do mewing? and it makes sense to me, what back of tongue is moving is soft palate, and the rest is hard?

Is this the way you are supposed to do mewing?
I think so,my face is shorter and broader now.
Zygos are popping further out.
Getting hollower too.
Also even though I'm terribly sick
(Had to jog under rainstorm for 30 mins)
Like sicker than I've ever been before,I can still breathe from my nose.
Looks like I've been wasting my time with tip so far.

I don't know about that.

Get well soon bro. I will experiment with hard mewing on that region and update you al. Yeah that back third of palate us a soft palate, i guess that's why i can hard mew for so long

Improvements in eye area, i got pct, and yes my cheekbones do appear forwarded. 2 different person. but results are temporary, you need constant pressure as.from my experience
