How about getting an beauty spot?

Key Point: When placed near focal points of the face, such as the eyes or lips, a mole directs gaze and accentuates facial features.

Mild and Reversible: Moles created with pencils or makeup are temporary, so it's safe to try them out. You can change their location to see which spot looks better.

Placement Suggestions:
Near the cheekbone: A youthful and charming effect.

Next to the lips: An attractive and focal point effect.

At the corner of the eye or under the eyebrow: A retro and chic touch.

Permanent Methods for Facial Moles;

Permanent Makeup / Micropigmentation: Pigment is applied to the upper layer of the skin using fine needles. Color and size can be adjusted. It usually lasts 1-3 years, after which the color fades and touch-ups are needed.

Micro tattoos are done with deeper pigment application.
They are permanent, but the color tone may change over time. It is very important to have it done by a skilled professional; the face is a very sensitive area.

I think cheek dimples can be considered micro-changes however, there are special surgeries for this, and it can also be achieved with makeup.

Create a Dimple Effect with Shadows: Use a small, matte brown eyeshadow or contour powder (1-2 shades darker than your skin tone). Lightly draw dots or short lines with a thin brush. Blend gently to make the dimple look natural; don't leave the edges harsh.

Highlighting with Shimmer: Apply a light highlighter just next to the dimple. This makes the dimple look more natural and realistic, creating a light and shadow effect.

For longevity, applying a light layer of translucent powder over the line will help it stay in place.

Cheek dimple surgery;

medically called dimpleplasty, is a procedure for people who want permanent dimples. It is usually a short procedure performed under local anesthesia, with a relatively quick recovery.

Procedure Details;
Duration: Usually 30–60 minutes.

Anesthesia: Local anesthesia is sufficient; sometimes sedation is added.

Recovery: Swelling and bruising usually subside within 1–2 weeks.

Stitches: Absorbable stitches are often used, so no removal is needed.

But if you don't have this naturally, trying to create it artificially would be a bit off-putting
