Ok, so my Ears are very VERY slightly flared but I can't even notice I think I'm just overthinking but would a otoplasty be worth it when such minor of flaw
bc I know ears being flared is usually a HUGE flaw but like I'm in between thinking their normal and very very very slightly flared like I can't notice but its just a pet peeve ig
