meats, chicken liver, and fermented soybeans (soy is can be harmful, but this is fermented so destroys much of the harm)
a is found in excess in liver, also converted in lots of vegetables

How big of a difference in aging do you think this would realistically make? Granted everything else is ideal
The carb point in the title may not have been exactly the best, but milk is much harder for us to digest, which would induce stress. I think it would still make a difference, you want to be as optimal as possible. Even if they have these valuable vitamins and nutrients you have to go through all the carb + it will fatten you up which is not aesthetically pleasing

How will it fatten you up? As long as you are eating around maintenance or deficit calories you are not gonna get fat from milk

And won’t the fats and proteins in the milk slow digestion resulting in less of a blood sugar spike which would decrease glycation?

Compared to pure glucose yeah, the ratios are still not great. I advocate for a high fat, medium protein, low carbohydrate plant based diet, with some muscle meat and organs

And yeah, this is likely a high protein diet like most people do

If you are going to consume good amount of carbs for workout, should consume fiber from vegetables along with it, those will be the most effective

Seems with long periods of exercise, no one should really be exercising for long, moderate is best too
I'm in the gym for maybe 30-45 minutes a day
Cardio I don't do for very long, just enough to maintain aesthetic looks
