Generally speaking, everyone loves medium-large boobs. “M-muh uhm actually some guys like flat girls! 🤓 “. YEAH, SURE. KEY WORD: SOME. BUT IF YOU HAD TO PICK BETWEEN B OR C CUPS, YOU WOULD MOST LIKELY PICK THE GOD DAMN C CUPS. PEOPLE WHO SPEW OUT BULLSHIT HOPEFUEL FOR US IRONING BOARDS SHOULD BE PUT TO THE DEATH PENALTY.

The topic of boobs can be pretty depressing for some, and an uncomfortable pill to swallow. But it’s only fair that we grow to understand the truth behind the lies people are selling us, and where we can go from there.

How do I grow my jugs? Does drinking milk actually work? What are my surgical options? Let’s talk about it, people.

IMG_2140.gif

What is it determined/influenced by?🤔

Genetics

Just like for determining other characteristics, genetics are the foundation in determining what traits one may inherit through generations. If large boobs are a prevalent trait throughout someone’s family, future generations are likely going to inherit them too. The amount of fatty tissue which makes up about 80-90% of the breast is heavily predetermined by genetics. Along with other specific details like fat distribution and density of breast tissue.

Age

Age is a factor that can influence boob size and atrophy. As women grow older, their estrogen levels decline which is a hormone that promotes breast growth. Specifically during menopause and perimenopause, a woman’s estrogen levels drop significantly. These are the most common times in which most women acquire boob ptosis. It’s just a natural result of aging.

Hormones

Estrogen and progesterone are the primary female sex hormones and impact breast size/development. During the menstrual cycle, fluctuations in estrogen/progesterone levels happen due to the ovaries orchestrated hormonal releases. This is why you get kind of a pump on your period. Your sensitivity to hormones themselves is also determined by genetics. But environmental influences also play a role in affecting hormonal secretion.

BMI

Weight gain can significantly alter the size of your boobs. If you gain weight it will add fat to the adipose inside them. This is water. You cannot possibly grow big jugs if you are a raging anorexic who’s 90 pounds. It’s hard to accept this for some, but there’s a balance. You can’t really have both. You may be wondering though “why the hell have I seen women who are skinny with big boobs”, well those, my friend, are just women who have won the genetic lottery. They were somehow born with great fat distribution and tissue density in their boobs. Is it fair? No, absolutely not. But life isn’t fair.

Debunking copes.

While I went on this journey, I thought it’d be important to find out once and for all what’s real and what’s fake. From all the boob growth products on the market like lotions and “growth serums” to the TikTok trends like “bee pollen”. You will come to realize most of this…is none other than bullshit.

Enhancement supplements/pills

Don’t buy any pills or supplements that are marketed to “grow your boobs”. They won’t work. Although on the other hand, prescription drugs like birth control and SSRIs can influence boob size. But these are prescription drugs and you won’t find the ingredients abundant in them being used in any of these scam pills.

Massaging

The myth is that massaging them increases blood flow..and……….? Yeah it’s bullshit, I shouldn’t need to explain more. Sure, it may give you a bit of a pump but it’s not gonna cause any long term benefits. Massaging can cause other benefits, but one non existent benefit is enlargement.

Foods

Shit like milk or bee pollen isn’t gonna have an effect on the size of your boobs because “muhh, they contain estrogen!”, they do not have enough hormones present to affect anything. There is no scientific evidence to support that specific foods make your boobs bigger. If you wanna look at it a different way, eating more in general and gaining weight will affect the size. But don’t fall for any diet plans or odd foods that are marketed to increase boob size.

Collagen

I find this cope to be laughable. Certain creams are advertised to enhance breasts by boosting collagen. Yes, collagen can improve your skin. But improving the elasticity and firmness of the skin on your tits will not have an impact on size. The size of them primarily comes from the fatty tissue inside, not the 1.5mm outer layer of skin. This applies to all creams and lotions marketed as such.

Non surgical ideas:
Unfortunately, non surgical ideas are limited. It’s hard to have to accept it.

Volufiline

Volufiline was actually originally used for areas such as your boobs and butt. Sederma (the company who created it) has clarified that it impacts breast size.
https://www.cosmeticsandtoiletries..../sederma-introduces-bust-enhancing-ingredient
According to the company, a two-month clinical study, using the FOITS (fringe projection) technique to measure volume, curvature and body lines, revealed that the cleavage is rounded off by up to 8.4% with use of the product.

“According to Sederma's research, after applying a gel cream containing 5% of Volufiline to one breast for 56 days, average 2.2% and 8.4% (the highest 25%) were plumped compared to the control group.” -Volufiline product description on Amazon.

Take what you will with these studies.

Evebra

I came across a wack ass study on the “Nonsurgical breast enlargement using an external soft-tissue expansion system”.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10845308/
To summarize the experiment for you, they had twelve people try out this weird bra with a vacuum like force (20-mmHg) on each cup for 10-12 hours a day over a span of 10 weeks. “Breast size increased in all women over the 10-week treatment course and peaked at week 10 (final treatment)”. So needless to say, this weird contraption actually worked.
After reading this study I tried looking around for the specific contraption they used in this study, and I found this. It uses the same amount of force and is probably the exact same bra used in the experiment.

“Why the fuck would I pay two thousand for that?” Well, it’s a couple thousand dollars cheaper than the average pair of implants. So do as you wish. Its a one size fits all kind of thing, so if your petite it’s generally not suggested for you. Sorry to my smaller girls. I saw the reviews and petite women had rough times wearing it cause it was too big. This bizarre company for some reason doesn’t make different sizes.

Surgical ideas:

Implants

$5500-12k

Saline and silicone are the two main filler types for boob implants. Saline is cheaper and approved for 18+, but silicone is more expensive and it is reserved for women ages 22+. Silicone is generally higher quality than saline since it’s more expensive, but regardless of price, both kinds come with the same risks.
To put it simply, they can either be placed submuscular or subglandular (or other). Submuscular is way more painful and takes longer to heal. There’s not one option that’s objectively better than the other, it all just depends on you. Subglandular is recommended for individuals who have thicker tissue that cover the implant, while submuscular is better for women with thinner skin and tissue.
Not only do the different kinds of implants differentiate between size, but also profile/projection. This is an important factor in determining the right kind of implant for you.

  • Low profile: these implants have a wide base to them with minimum forward projection. Suitable for broad chested individuals who want subtle volume.
  • Moderate profile: this kind is more neutral, providing a medial amount of projection along with a wide base.
  • Moderate plus profile: these are a little step up from regular moderate profile implants, and add a bit more projection and the base is a bit narrower.
  • High profile: it is a common misconception among many that high profile means it sits up higher on the chest, but in reality it just means that the implant will have maximum forward projection. This kind is suitable for women with narrower chests because these implants have a smaller base to them.
  • Ultra high profile: This offers the most projection possible, along with the narrowest base. By far the most artificial looking of them all.
IMG_2137.png

But with boob implants, comes risks. Some women who are interested in augmentation surgeries aren’t even aware of the risks, so this is very important. Risks can include capsular contracture (hardening of scar tissue around the implant), breast implant illness (anyone with any kind of implants can develop this), implant rupture (which can happen from capsular contracture), infection, implant shifting, and even lymphoma. There are plenty of women who are satisfied with implants, but it’s very important to understand the risks. 20-30% of women end up getting explant surgery within 8-10 years.

Fat transfer

$5000-15k

Just like any other fat grafting procedures, fat is harvested from another part of your body via liposuction, and injected into the boobs for a volume/shape enhancement. This is an alternative way safer than implants. Though implants offer larger volume, fat transferring can bump you up 1/2-1 full cup size per session. Your fat transfer will survive or not depending on your lifestyle, since the fat will fluctuate if you lose or gain weight. So for example, if you are a girl who goes to the gym frequently, the fat will probably not survive for long.

Mastopexy (lift)

$4000-15K

A boob lift is when they remove excess skin from them, to snatch them up. It won’t significantly reduce the volume, but if you’re a person with really saggy tits it’ll just make them look better over all. By tightening the skin, it’ll give the boobs a perkier, youthful, appearance. Even though this surgery doesn’t directly increase volume (which is the primary point of the guide), it’s still worth mentioning for people who struggle with ptosis. If you have saggy boobs, a boob lift should be step one. Not fillers or any of that stuff.
This procedure is often paired with fat grafting to add on some extra volume.
There’s a few different types of breast lifts, here are the common ones.

IMG_2139.jpeg

The anchor lift is the most recommended by surgeons.

Internal bra

$8000-15k

An internal bra is a procedure in which they stick biocompatible/internal mesh beneath your boobs which kind of replicates a bra and adds elevation. It is temporary and will dissolve over the span of about 18 months, and will in turn be replaced by collagen. This is an option for those who were blessed with lots of boob tissue, and a decent amount of volume. I don’t expect many of you to be familiar with this one, because I sure as hell wasn’t. Some people pair this procedure with implants to add on some extra elevation.

There you go. I guess if you are flatter your perceived as more “intelligent” 💀..

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19688590/
“However, men rated images with an hourglass shape and a slim waist (0.7 WHR) as most attractive, irrespective of breast size.”
You do not need double ds in order to have an hourglass like body (WATER). What matters most is your frame and hips. Prioritize achieving an hourglass like figure during the meantime.

Unfortunately, non surgical ideas are limited. It’s hard to have to accept it.

Volufiline

Volufiline was actually originally used for areas such as your boobs and butt. Sederma (the company who created it) has clarified that it impacts breast size.

View attachment 273424

Volufiline

Volufiline was actually originally used for areas such as your boobs and butt. Sederma (the company who created it) has clarified that it impacts breast size.

“According to Sederma's research, after applying a gel cream containing 5% of Volufiline to one breast for 56 days, average 2.2% and 8.4% (the highest 25%) were plumped compared to the control group.” -Volufiline product description on Amazon.
