That's true. It sounds like a hassle though.I'm from France we don't have these brands + You can do a homemade serum buying the raw ingredients.
too much expensive for mediocre benefits tbhThat's true. It sounds like a hassle though.
same same. But you'd be surprised by the difference it makes. The results are anything but mediocretoo much expensive for mediocre benefits tbh
Skincare is most likely comes from the collagen amount you eat + your gut health
I know because when i eat junk food my face psoriasis explodes
So true, im bulking right now and it's defenitly affected my skin. Diet really changes the game for metoo much expensive for mediocre benefits tbh

Which have you tried?same same. But you'd be surprised by the difference it makes. The results are anything but mediocre
i use stronger topical medications for my face anyways, so idk if it workssame same. But you'd be surprised by the difference it makes. The results are anything but mediocre
Currently i'm using tretinoin, sunscreen, toner, and face washi use stronger topical medications for my face anyways, so idk if it works
Stylevana, oliveyoung, and yesstyle are the best places to get them imo. Besides Amazon but sometimes they sell counterfeits.Only issue may be finding the suppliers of products and affording them.
Tretinoin covers the benefits of about 64% of the products listed to combat acne. The biggest game changers were the specific brands with Retinol, salicic acid, and toners. I applied them in this order: Morning - cleanser, exfoliate, ice, cleanser again (to remove any bacteria from the ice water or ice mask) then moisturize and apply SPF 30. Night - cleanser, ice for 2x longer than morning, moisturize (mixed with a drop of vitamin E oil), tretinoin, beta carotene, and red light therapy.Which have you tried?
the proportions for the ingredients matters a lot though. You would need to get it exactly measured and mixed properly.I'm from France we don't have these brands + You can do a homemade serum buying the raw ingredients.
If you're taking creatine I recommend either hopping off (it bloats your face) or icing your face 2-3 times a day to combat inflammation. So true, im bulking right now and it's defenitly affected my skin. Diet really changes the game for me
They're the masters of skincare. It’s all Korean skincare, not surprising
There are a lot of counterfeits on Amazon, I'd only recommend it if you live in USA and find the EXACT product there by the same brand on Amazon.Stylevana, oliveyoung, and yesstyle are the best places to get them imo. Besides Amazon but sometimes they sell counterfeits.
Oliveyoung is basically the ulta of Korea. Yesstyle also has deals and coupons all the time so I highly recommend them
I see, I currently use a gua shua aswell, what do you think about MK677?If you're taking creatine I recommend either hopping off (it bloats your face) or icing your face 2-3 times a day to combat inflammation.
Gua Sha works amazing in tandem with Vitamin E oil. Definitely keep that in your routine. And yes I've considered MK677 and I will likely try it soon as I just recently turned 18 and time before my bones fuse is limited.I see, I currently use a gua shua aswell, what do you think about MK677?
I bought it, havent started since i'm still recovering from surgery, and I don't want it to interfere, but I think that it can also help face structure and height, which are my main motives. Also good for skin I believeGua Sha works amazing in tandem with Vitamin E oil. Definitely keep that in your routine. If you want to focus on height try somatropin instead. It doesn't have dangerous SARMs side effects. And its been proven effective in fully grown adults as well. Children and teens have grown an average of 3-5 inches beyond genetic potential because of it and adults average 1.67-2 inches of growth. Results usually show after 3-6 months.I bought it, havent started since i'm still recovering from surgery, and I don't want it to interfere, but I think that it can also help face structure and height, which are my main motives. HGH can potentially promote more bone development, but by 16-17 you already have a good idea of what your bone structure is and any effects from HGH would likely only firm up the bones and thicken them rather than promote any outward growth.I bought it, havent started since i'm still recovering from surgery, and I don't want it to interfere, but I think that it can also help face structure and height, which are my main motives. There may be some rare potential negative side effects, but the most likely outcome Is that it wouldn't affect your face structure at all.So it would be bad for my facial structure?
I see so what affect would it have? Just the slight height booster? There may be some rare potential negative side effects, but the most likely outcome Is that it wouldn't affect your face structure at all.
It varies because your genetic reaction to HGH isn't something you can predict. But as long as you don't have any serious respiratory problems or any serious diseases, you will likely increase your height and muscle mass.I see so what affect would it have? Just the slight height booster?
You see, I feel cooked because my dad is 6,6 and i'm 5,10. I'm just trying everything I can to catch up. Even my younger brother is on track to height mogging me.It varies because your genetic reaction to HGH isn't something you can predict.
