If you thought lefort 3 was invasive, you should take a look at this.

Let me introduce you to monobloc. This is one of the most brutal, invasive, looking surgeries I’ve ever seen.

The survival rate is high since it takes an incredibly skilled surgeon to complete it, but it comes with a variety of risks

It will bring your entire mid face forward along with your forehead. They cut you open and use gnarly looking distractors that will advance your bones little by little.

Now of course this isn’t your “every day” operation, it’s only performed on people with severe craniofacial deformities. Like people with syndromic craniosynostosis. It’s never been performed on anyone without some wackass deformity, since it’s high risk and reconstructive. It’s basically impossible you’d ever be able to find a doctor willing to perform this for aesthetic purposes. It would probably look insane on the average person as well.

Bimax along with forehead augmentation surgery and midface implants would be the more realistic route. That is, if you shit dollar bills
