No not permanent and to grow your lashes with Minxodil you have to use oral

It’s not that deep bro takes 30 seks of your day. But mix is not the most effective to eyelash growth you have to use A Prostagldin lash serum insted

I didn't do minox. From what I've heard, you have to keep using minoxidil once you start or the hair will fall out (on your head for sure.) However I have also heard stories of people being able to keep their eyebrows after stopping use, probably because it's a slightly different, shorter, thicker hair type. It remains to be seen if that's true or not, but experiment for yourself and let me know how it goes ^^
