Sleeping on your back is definitely the best sleeping position, but it’s really hard to get used to it. The best thing to do is to rest your head on the edge of the pillow and use your arm to keep your head elevated.

No it doesnt
The „asymetry“ Takes years cuz u actually move in ur sleep and Even if u get asymetry it will be so slightly that u dont Even notice After starring 5mins in ur mirror

I can see mine if I look carefully from sleeping to my right for for 10 years

=some Body dismorphia
Honestly it’s slight I can js tell that my left eyelid is slightly more visible then my left due to gravity kinda pushing the right eyes orbital muscles down from the weird angle I slept at

ngl im a side sleeper and the side i sleep on has more recessed traits than my other side

Resecion comes through not optimal chewing+swallowing+tounge posture+breathing
yeah thats true but idk why my right side has a nasolabial fold from the side while the left is fully smooth

Nasiable folds come trough resecion(and aging if u have Lots of folds in general)

nah i dont have folds my skin is elastic
idk the science behind side sleeping and recession but just anecdotally there is a notable difference between the side i sleep on and the side i dont
