Im already in a huge deficit like my bmr is 1500 and ive been eating roughly 1000 cals a day past 4 days bave only been like 400 but thats cuz i cant chew rn

Yeah that's why I'm in a deficit but like that weight specifically will not go away it's been there for awhile I lose weight everywhere else but not my stomach

Stay in deficit or tone up core, really not much you can do besides wait for it to go away

i think we just have our expectations too high from hollywood non-natty bodies/transformations, and we start to blame our own lack of willpower for not seeing gains. then u start to feel worthless etc etc

not true, having an ed fucking sucks. restriction always lead to binge eating, it’s a harmful cycle and you never end up feeling good about yourself.

if you don’t do any exercises theres high chance that you will become skinny fat after the weight loss and still have fat accumulated on this area. bc rn you’re losing fat AND the lean mass you already have

I'm not sure how tall you are but 140 is probably a lot for your height, I've seen girls probably your height who are like 180 and they have fat hanging off their whole body, 140 isn't terrible but its not lean. I'm kinda the same way I can be like 190 and most of the fat will be on my waist while my arms and shoulders will have veins popping out, only way I can get rid of the fat is to be really lean, like 165, and 165 at my height is twink status.

I've been working out for a year, Went from under weight to barely in the healthy weight range. EITHER WAY the time will pass so she should do something productive with herself

Ur body is doing that BECAUSE you have not been eating enough
It gets to a point where your body starts to store fat more(metabolism slows) because you haven’t been getting enough nutrients.

My advice is to
1. Eat CLEAN. DONT do a harsh deficit. If you eat clean(not just healthy, CLEAN) and do a normal deficit, it will be much easier for your body to lose weight
2. DO CARDIO AND AB WORKOUTS. If you really don’t want to follow the first step at least know that you cannot get skinny without working out

Ur health problems are getting worse every second u keep starving urself

Lock in for a couple months and focus on getting healthy then working and you’ll see progress

i think since u are skinny the best way of getting rid of it is trying to define it with consistent workouts that are abs centered!

You don’t look overweight, so this isn’t just fat. I think there might be an underlying reason behind it, but it could be many things. It could be visceral fat (the fat around your organs), hormonal water retention, or even diastasis recti. Or maybe you just have micro gas.
