she's 5'7, it's not a lotI'm not sure how tall you are but 140 is probably a lot for your height, I've seen girls probably your height who are like 180 and they have fat hanging off their whole body, 140 isn't terrible but its not lean. I'm kinda the same way I can be like 190 and most of the fat will be on my waist while my arms and shoulders will have veins popping out, only way I can get rid of the fat is to be really lean, like 165, and 165 at my height is twink status.

Working out is difficult cuz of health problems and even if u eat 300 cals for 3 weeks you'll still lose weight it doesn't even mess with ur fat storageUr body is doing that BECAUSE you have not been eating enough
It gets to a point where your body starts to store fat more(metabolism slows) because you haven’t been getting enough nutrients.
My advice is to
1. Eat CLEAN. DONT do a harsh deficit. If you eat clean(not just healthy, CLEAN) and do a normal deficit, it will be much easier for your body to lose weight
2. DO CARDIO AND AB WORKOUTS. If you really don’t want to follow the first step at least know that you cannot get skinny without working out

But i am a healthy weight do I still look overweight ?Keep going with the diet until you reach a healthy weight. If the issue still persists after that, it might be related to a gut problem.

You don’t look overweight, so this isn’t just fat. I think there might be an underlying reason behind it, but it could be many things. It could be visceral fat (the fat around your organs), hormonal water retention, or even diastasis recti. Or maybe you just have micro gas.But i am a healthy weight do I still look overweight ?
