Spoiler: What is hrt?

mtf hrt is literally male to female hormone replacement therapy. it shifts the body from a testosterone base to an estrogen base

the treatment drives feminisation, breast growth, softer skin, fat moving to the hips and thighs and lower muscle mass.

basically u need estrogen and an anti androgen to clear testosterone blocking the effects of the estrogen.

u can inject, take orally, or get patches. personally i recommend injecting

u want an estradiol level of a cis foid around 100-200 pg/ml and test under 50 ng/dl. to get the goal adjust over time and avoid synthetic compounds, u want a bio identical estradiol

for the antiandrogen u can get spironolactone starting at 50 and raising to 200 mg per day gradually

also u can get micronized progesterone on top since it allegedly helps with getting bigger more delicious and hot titties n shiettt (u will cop this because u still view women as objects and think bigger tits is ideal u disgusting fetishising agp) ((joke i love y’all))
