Any tips for weight loss ?
what i did was going to the gym 3x a week play basketball 2x a week and eat 1200kcal a day , what my mistake was only counting calories not cals, fats ,protein, and carbs . eat as many protein as you can and then focus on carbs . and abuse caffeine
