Great work bro

Bulk up a bit, don't remain an attractive/lean victim weight

Mirin I don’t see much muscle tho you weren’t lifting much I assume ?

this is the typical body of someone who does cal deficit without sarms/roids. you are gonna be thin, thats it.

congrats on ur progress OP
Depends on how much your cal deficit were and your protein intake and ofc how efficient do you train

its unreasonable to expect cutting and gaining significant muscle at same time without drugs

but taking that he trained for 2 years into consideration changes the context a bit
brother, im a lifelong athlete. ive interacted with athletes on a daily basis. with average genetics, you will look thin after a cut if your starting point was fat, no matter what (unless if you use a dry sarm like rad140 for example, that will hold muscle for you). now OP can do a clean slight surplus and then slowly build actual muscle without the disgusting fat he successfully got rid of.

Scientifically you are correct cause being in a cal deficit means your body cant do enough mTOR signaling but in op case he’s a newbie and had a lot of fat storage so his body had enough energy to build muscles and I’ve seen it irl people building muscles while cutting

i wasnt successful with body recomping myself, but bodies can work differently. also, i interacted with soccer players (as i was one myself). intense cardio, usually 3 hours a day. this may affect and create a bias too.

I’m a soccer player myself too also I do bodybuilding so I don’t play as much as I used to when I was skinny

As someone who only lifted while I was fat, I can confirm that body recomps work. In my personal experience, I gained muscle fast, but got leaner very slowly, plateauing at 14%bf
