Currently doing 8 reps for 3 sets with 200lbs on close grip lat pull downs and started doing pull ups with an extra 30 kg for 4 and then the last two sets with 25 for 8 reps

10 months into the gym and lowkey getting better slowly and steadily

200lbs on close grip lat pulldowns?? is it a double pulley machine or whut cuz thats crazy

It's only double for my other cable exercises

I mainly got them from my growth spurt

On a straight bar with a wide grip i was doing around 180 if I'm not mistaken

Im trying to progress more on my pull ups

I want to get used to 30kgs
