Cantho in your case has super low roi, bc you already have decent looking almond eyes, yes you can also do fat grafting and if you wanna go all in also iris depeigmentation

depends on which pic is the most recent but obviously the area around your nasal dorsum and also your under eye area , don't know if it's from poor under eye support or just puffiness but you could fix that and be good , what surgeries do u plan on getting ?
