Rage My body is against me

With perfect sleep increased my lat pulldown from 120 to 180 with perfect form. But guess what my pathetic body does? It doesn't want to sleep and it's been hindering my gym progress and my mood. Why me? I eat well exercise but no my body wants to stay up all night. I lock my phone for like 8-9 hours during bed time but I can't even sleep still. What the fuck is wrong with me? I swear if I dont get 8 hours of sleep im going crazy and bashing my head until I knock myself out and give myself a concussion

Recently I benched 195 incline barbell but the next day I did the plate for half reps wanna know why? Cus my shitty sleeping disorder. I can see why those people with sleeping issues wanna kill themselves. Imagine being half awake your entire life🥹

Idk I got the opposite when I was doing a shit ton of cardio since I had to wake up really early for it. I would sleep through alarms. Best I can say is go doctors and eat good food

An example would be pink sea salt. It gives you energy essentially you should look it up also have some caffiene I'd recommend sugar free drinks or maybe coffee as its an appetite supresent
 
Buy pregab honestly the most nonchalant side effects ever literally impossible to get sides and it is fucking amazing for sleep and can be used daily, shit saved my sleeping pattern

I like to train in the morning because at night or the afternoon the gym im in is filled with rich pretentious people who steal your equipment the moment you use the restroom and give you attitude for no reason.

Unfortunately I wake up in the afternoon and walk to the gym 2.5 miles so it takes an hour + the weighted vest i have also makes me slower. Mentally and physically
