With perfect sleep increased my lat pulldown from 120 to 180 with perfect form. But guess what my pathetic body does? It doesn't want to sleep and it's been hindering my gym progress and my mood. Why me? I eat well exercise but no my body wants to stay up all night. I lock my phone for like 8-9 hours during bed time but I can't even sleep still. What the fuck is wrong with me? I swear if I dont get 8 hours of sleep im going crazy and bashing my head until I knock myself out and give myself a concussion
