its 3 AM and am supposed to be doing my school work, but I've decided to take some time off and write this thread. This thread will act as a documentation as well as a way of mentally doubling down on this since I keep on playing mental gymnastics in my head about where my life is gonna go and shit. This is my entire life plan until am 21 (I am 15, turning 16 in a few months). I've come to the conclusion that if I don't undoubtedly become low HTN facially by the age of 21 I will off myself as there wouldn't be a point of living if I cant benefit from lookism. This plan will be optimizing 3 main things, looks, social life, and money, lets begin.

SECTION 1/3: LOOKS

Stage 1: Finishing puberty/growth strong [LOOKS]

What do I mean by finishing puberty strong? well in short, I mean optimizing/creating new growth in both height, and facial bone structure during puberty while I still can, whether it be through natural or unnatural means. Compounds like Anavar/Testosterone, Somatropin, IGF-1, can significantly help with this. As far the doubt about these things, or the credibility when it comes to whether or not these types of things work, I have 2 responses to that.

Your body already grows through these hormones/chemicals in your body naturally throughout the first 25 years of your life, but due to the modern Jewish jestered clown world we live in where even something as small as touching receipt can ruin your testosterone through BPAs mimicking estrogen in the blood, we have come to the point where abusing modern medicine is the new meta, and if you aren't, your falling behind, significantly.

There is a reason why fertility, testosterone, libido, etc in men have tanked in the last 50 years, while new soy boy low test problems have been through the roof. The sales of things like Finasteride, Viagra, TRT, Ozempic, Antidepressants, and more are through the fucking roof. Which is funny because they are all made to solve the low testosterone problems men have today, but actually end up making them worse by blocking DHT, fucking up penile function, destroying metabolism, shutting down your bodies natural testosterone production, etc.

Why am I saying this? well am saying this to simply state, we are too far gone. You cant live naturally the same way you could 50-60 years ago. In order to get the same Vitamin C from an orange our ancestors had in the 1800s, we would have to eat 13 oranges to get the same Vitamin C equivalency, 13 FUCKING ORANGES!!! why? because our soils have been extremely stripped of their minerals and nutrients. This means not only is your fruit now 10x less nutrient dense, but the cows who eat grass from the soil are getting less nutrients, which means the red meat YOU consume is 10x less nutrient dense. You can see how this can apply to many other things.

Well what does this mean? It means its time to abuse modern medicine, and use it to your advantage. Because even IF you tried and listened to Goatis, Paul Saladino, ShreddedSages, etc, and tried every testosterone/hormone maxxing protocol in the book, your test levels would get TeraMogged by your grandpa in the 50s who just sat around and drank all day smoking with his friends while still being easily at 1.5k ng/dl on a low day JFL, while you sit here slaving away trying to hit 1000 ng/dl, so over. Getting things like HGH, Testosterone, IGF1, DHT, etc from synthetic compounds 100% works for LooksMaxxing. There would be no reason why they wouldnt, your body literally produces these hormones every single day, without them you literally wouldn't grow at all. All your doing is either unnaturally spiking these hormones, or directly introducing them into your body synthetically, which usually comes with some side effects, but if you aren't single digit IQ and can read a thread or 2 then you would know how to eviscerate these issues.

Example: injecting igf1, or spiking it through mk677, but your worried about your insulin because you don't wanna die from diabetes? just take berberine and your fine, or adjust the carbs of your diet to optimize insulin as well. Now the way these compounds work is usually debated, but in my own conducted research I've found no reason to why they can be harmful if you of course do it right on top of a good foundation (sleep, diet, lifestyle, etc). As long as you have access to do blood work consistently, your 100% fine if you adjust according to what your blood test reports.

Now let me stop fucking yapping and show you my true plan for the first stage of this plan. Brownie points if you read tho, I love you. Time for the good shit. keep in mind there will be 2 main stacks for this, face and height. Everything other than that will just be sort of miscellaneous.

Stage 2: The Foundation [LOOKS]

Before I even begin to yap about any fucking compound or looksmax, understand that none of that shit works and is useless if you dont sleep, eat right, have a healthy lifestyle in general, etc. I know I said its 3 AM so I indeed sound like a fucking hypocrite, but read these threads and you will understand the context.

Cut off food/Bluelight Blockers: 9PM

Turn off everything/Set low light mood: 9:30PM

See sun from: 8-8:30AM (no screens/devices)

Limit bluelight usage to 4 hours throughout the day, daily

Meal Plan
Prepare food before leaving for morning session to eat directly after

Lunch at: 4 PM

Dinner at: 8:30 PM

Stage 3: Taking Action [LOOKS]

Stack 1: Face Stack
Anavar - 20mg Daily - Masculine DHT high test chad bone gains from this shit. Promotes Osteoblasts (Bone growth), and boosts IGF-1 production which works very well with the IGF-1 I will be mentioning later on, binds EXTREMELY well with bone and muscle androgen receptors, which also stimulates osteoblasts (bone growth) and increasing bone mineral density (BMD), also promotes collagen synthesis, all literally crucial to growing your any other bone in your face. Bonus: it also doesnt bloat you, which I dont really care about as thats something that can get taken care of, thought I'd state it.

Proviron - 25mg Daily - Again, high test chad bone gains, its a pure DHT derivative which basically means it enhances androgenic effects that are literally critical for masculine bone growth (stronger jaw, chin, and thicker overall facial structure). Since DHT plays a crucial role in jaw and cheekbone growth, Proviron increases bone modeling during puberty, making it perfect to pair with Anavar. Also binds to sex hormone-binding globulin, freeing up more testosterone and DHT, maximizing androgenic impact on bones and muscle.

Nolvadex 20mg Daily (Post Cycle) - taking this during the off period so I dont nuke and shut down my bodies natural testosterone production. This will ensure my bodies natural Testosterone production is still normal and will prevent a estrogen rebound which to me is kind of important cus I dont want to show up to practice and be lazy as fuck cus my estrogen is nuked. Good PCT drug.

Other supportive compounds/supplements to this:

K2 - 15mg Daily

T3 - 50mcg Daily
T4 - 100mcg Daily
Boron - 10mg Daily

Cycling this for 3 months on, 2 weeks tapering down, and 1 month off, repeat.

I understand the risks DHT has with balding, however understand that these compounds don't exclusively increase my DHT only, they elevate testosterone, and other male sex hormones which ensure my DHT ratio with other hormones is fine (which is all that matters for hair anyways). Even then I have goated hair genes, my dad has a full head of hair with no balding but only white hairs coming in (no loss in thickness or density tho) despite using bullshit shampoos his whole life.

HOWEVER!!! I don't want to be fucking around with my full head of hair anyways as hair is life, so I will also get me some good ole finasteride to keep on hand in case some hair loss does in fact happen, + its cheap as fuck so why not. If hair loss does in fact happen I will run finasteride and stop the Anavar and Proviron completely, or maybe just lower the dosages, I don't really know ill figure it out.

Stack 2: Height Stack
IGF-1 LR3 50mcg - Don't really think I need to explain this one, it might be slightly controversial why I chose LR3 instead of DES, still IGF1.
HGH 8 IU - Also dont really think I should have to explain to anyone why this might work for heightmaxxing, a staple.
Aromasin 25mg - estrogen blocker, by blocking estrogen you delay the closure of the plates, by delaying the closure of the plates you have a longer window of height growth on paper.

Supportive Orals
Glucosamine+Chondotrine 1x daily (not cycled, taken continuously)
MSM 2x daily
Berberine 3x daily
Huperzine - A 3x daily (not cycled, taken continuously)

+bacteriostatic water, syringes, and alcohol wipes to inject.

If you happened to read my last pubertymaxxing stack thread, you might have noticed that I removed CJC-1295 No DAC from this stack. You might be asking why, and there's 2 reasons for that. 1) 8 IU of HGH every other day as well as 50-100mcg of igf1 is already a fuck ton of growth hormones in the body, having yet ANOTHER compound that will just release more will just be useless as am already directly injecting these hormones, so there is no point in trying to spike them, as ill constantly be in the 1000 ng/dl range daily which isn't healthy at all. 2) not trying to spend 1 hour daily mixing bacteriostatic water to get a useless extra hgh and IGF 1 boost.

With height and face (2 of the most important things in life as a man) now optimized, here are other miscellaneous supplements I will be taking for reasons other than these 2.

Now I honestly don't really know if I should do this Skin Lightening stack for multiple reasons, but am also very tempted. 1) Am already ingesting Hella synthetic capsules daily and don't want to be adding 4 more to my list for negligible results of lighter skin, and 2) Am already light enough in my opinion, all I think I need now are green eyes (which I fraud with contacts occasionally).

Who knows, maybe you end up fucking her, maybe she rejects you brutally in front of everyone, or maybe she just gives you her number, texts you for a few days, then ends up ghosting you. Either way, you still have to take a chance by approaching her. Obviously if your a Chad who tries to approach a MTB on the street, you have a 95% success rate (Safir on TikTok if you don't believe me), but if your a MTN who tries to approach a MTB on the street, your chances are significantly lower, but still not impossible (Wheat Waffles on Youtube is a perfect example).

Ima start off by saying once again I am by NO means an expert or claim to be one who has the credibility to speak on this, am just explaining my plan for how I will go about things. Lets be honest, not alot of guys on this forum (including me) have the balls to approach a woman in person IRL with no influence what so ever (maybe a few but 99% of guys on here dont). But luckily for us, we are in 2025 and can once again, abuse modern medicine and use it to our advantage. Stage 3: Maxxing every life aspect non-women related [SOCIAL LIFE]

Might be water to some, and confusing to others why this is here, allow me to explain. Dont feel like writing a extra long explanation cus am already tired as fuck and wanna get straight to the point, its basically to max out things like your learning, respect from other men, general happiness, etc. here are some stacks that can achieve this, dont cope with "oh just set an alarm and put your phone away!" shut the fuck up. (take stimulants 1 hour before studying if you are gonna do this shit, take with high fat/protein meal for optimal absorption, this can last from 6-12 hours depending on your brain and shit, try at your own risk)

take caffeine with or before the stimulants along with 200mg L-theanine

5mg Dextroamphetamine
150mg Armodafinil
Adderall 15mg
150mg Modafinil

according to sources this shit will have you laser locked the fuck in while being completely motivated, I will 100% try this shit because if its true then the benifitis are 100% worth the side effects no matter what they are. relatively cheap aswell, so op.

Stack 2: Social God Stack

(this one is probably the riskiest one on here, very serious shit on this stack, but alot of users report this shit made them feel an overwelming feeling of happiness and euphoria, take at ya own risk brah)
