So the right side of my face is slightly lower than the left, and my right zygo used to be slightly more pronounced. Overall, the right side looks better than the left and not just my face, but my entire head including hair. I noticed this back in childhood but didn’t worry about it too much because it wasn’t very noticeable and in group photos my face looked symmetrical actually. But over the past 1.5 years my right zygo has noticeably grown larger so much that it’s become impossible to ignore. My right zygo is now bigger than the left, and it seems like the entire right side of my head is more misshapen. It also affected my right eye it's significantly lower than the left. I can even feel my asymmetry with my hands and it’s not the muscles but bones. Also my ears seem to be asymmetrical as well I noticed it when I would plug earphones. So my whole face has become more asymmetrical and I have no idea why. What's happening?
