Planning on starting this as soon as my first paycheck comes in, which should be around my 16th birthday if my stuff arrives on time, then running this until am 18, looking for serious feedback or any adjustments I can make to this stack/cycle, the entire point of this is to optimize craniofacial bone growth as well as height growth through puberty/adolescence, feel free to recommend adding or removing any other compounds to this stack/cycle/routine before I make any official purchases, lets begin
The foundation:
-8-9 hours of sleep daily
-10 eggs, 2 fillets of fish, plenty of butter, plenty of white rice, mandarins, bananas, and other fruits, red meat, iodized salt, etc
-For exercise I already sprint A LOT since I play soccer (+am a winger), this also gives me plenty of HIIT, not gonna weight lift for the mere chance it can stunt height growth, would rather just build muscle once am older and can use much stronger compounds, particularly SARMS
Basics/General Health:
-zinc 40mg daily
-Magnesium 500mg daily
-Vitamin D3 15,000 IU daily
-Ashwagandha 1000mg daily
-Melatonin 5-10mg daily
-Multivitamin 1 daily
Heightmaxxing Stack (8 month cycle, 22 weeks on, 3 weeks tapering down, 8 weeks off):
-IGF-1 DES 40mcg daily
-CJC-1296 no Dac 150-300mcg daily (depending on whether or not am injecting HGH that day)
-HGH 8 IU EOD
-Aromasin 25mg daily
Bonemaxxing/facemaxxing Stack:
-T3 50mcg daily
-T4 150mcg daily
-K2 15mg daily
-Proviron 25mg daily???? the reason its in here is for DHT maxxing and those masculine high DHT masculine bone gains, but am afraid i will start norwooding from this shit should i just get a dht blocker and take it anyway?? or am i immune to norwooding from DHT cus am still in puberty? lmk pls
-Also seriously considering Anavar aswell but afraid it will fuck my liver up completely, + idk if am willing to spend extra on HCG to optimize it as am already gonna be blowing like at least 50-70% of my paycheck monthly maintaining my this shit + my diet, pls provide help with this.
Doing all of this in the hopes of growing to 6'1 minimum, which I think is completely possible given that am 5'9.5 now at the time of creating this thread, aswell as gaining noticeable facial bone gains by the time am 18-19. At the bare minimum even if i don't grow that much taller I know for a fact this will give me more facial bones in the face. Worth trying every single looksmax (cope or not) before surgery fellas
