alright so this is a custom guide requested by @unknown mtn
Reminder to correct anything wrong via private message or this guide
so first
What is M:N Ratio?
M:N Ratio stands for {Mandible to Neck Ratio} but what is that really?
The M:N Ratio is essentially a geometric relationship between
-the mandibular corpus
-ur ramus projection
-the cervicomental angle
-ur submental soft tissues volume
-the platysma hyoid complex
-the {SSTE} soft skin tissue envelope of ur neckk
Alright so now that we know what it is lets breakdown some optimal
Softmaxxes?
-Soft tissue modulation (mainly for the : N tbh)
-lower bf% (getting lean) best softmaxx for everything imo
-submental fat reduction b/c it improves mandibulary border and a lot more
-{RF}
-Platysmal modulation (Botulinum toxin) {Botox}
-grooming tricks (under rated imo)
-mewing (hyoid elevation via tougne posture)
-{FH} Forward head posture improvement
Procedures?
-hyaluronic acid
-CaHA fillers (I never recommend fillers b/c they migrate)
-Sliding Genioplasty
-Advancement Genioplasty
-mandibular angle implants
-submental liposuction (Reduces : N)
-Platysmaplasty
-Orthognathic surgery for {BSSO} advancementt
PLEASSE CORRECT ANYTHING IF IM WRONG
I DIDNT TAKE TOO LONG ON THIS SO SORRY IF IT SUCKS @unknown mtn if I want a more detailed guide just pm or contact me via guide replys
