My hairline is receding

I am 16
My hairline has been receding a lot
I have not used any products to stop this
What is the best way to stop it from receding further
 
probably caused by stress at this age, focus on getting more sleep, deep breaths etc.

you can use ashwaganda, lemon balm, lavender, chamomile

start using a derma roller on your hairline and apply something such as rosemary oil

if that doesn’t work try minoxidil but be careful as this will mess up your skin/collagen
