Its is SO MUCH BETTER to have a short compact midface than the "average midface" (midface as in eyebrow to tip of nose). Mine is ever so slightly long yet i HATE IT. there is NO SURGERY outside of quadrangular lefort or lefort 2 & 3 that could solve this, and almost NOBODY offers these. I notice it every time i look in the mirror. I dont even know what to do anymore. I feel like adam driver sometimes. If mine was as long as adam driver's i would kms.
