In no particular order...

Meditation
Calisthenics
Face yoga
Pelvic floor exercises and PE
Cardio

I'd say all of these have positive effects but feel free to critique.

this is all good, but what does face yoga do? the only thing i can think of is draining lymphatic fluid. also i would recommend doing dynamic stretches before workout and static stretches after youre finished, and skincare

Regarding face yoga, I mainly find it useful for lymphatic drainage. However, this thread on looksmax.org has some interesting ideas of face yoga.

How much time does it usually take

good routine but it seems time consuming

Not really - you can do multiple at the same time. For example, you can do face yoga with anything else and meditation can be as long as you like.

Ice face to wake facial muscles up

Gotta be slightly painful tho
Imma be honest it's only painful for the first like two weeks of doing it, after that it doesn't really hurt its just slightly uncomfortable. I used to ice my face but the shower just works better imo especially since my eye area almost always looks tired for about two hours after I wake up which is especially annoying especially with school, so a cold shower has almost always fixed that problem so its definetly worth it

ice has its role too, use it
Ice is good however personally I feel that a cold shower not only does the same role as Ice but also helps me feel more refreshed in the morning
