For lyophilized vials:
Put the 15-17 vials all the same place, 4mm eva yoga mat material is cut in a way 2mm protective material is at the bottom of the inside of the borosil lunch box and the remaining 2mm are cut for keeping the vials upright in the borsil lunch box and then place 4 silica gel packets inside the lunch box and close it. Put the lunch box inside the 4mm eva yoga mat lined aristo cooler of 2.5ltrs. pack the opening portion of the aristo cooler with the 4mm eva yoga mat material. Shut the tiffin box up. Line the aristo cooler box with 4mm eva yoga mat material then on the next layer put frozen ice gel packs then add another layer of 4mm eva yoga mat material then place the lunch box on top of it and place 4 silica packets on that layer.
Close the lid, line the opening of the aristo cooler with 4mm eva yoga mat material. Surround the aristo cooler in the freezer with frozen solid water bottles from the outside.
For reconstituted peptides:
Line another borosil lunch box with 4mm eva yoga mat material at the bottom and the sides Bubble wrap the 4 reconstituted vials individually and keep it near the corners of the borosil lunch box but don't let it touch the sides and close the box. Put the lunch box in the wholly 4mm eva yoga mat material lined aristo cooler 2.5ltrs then put 2 ice gel packs cooled to refrigerator temperature consistency then another 4mm eva yoga mat material layer. the lunch box is in this layer btw that is the top layer of the sandwich.
Put this 2nd aristo cooler in the middle shelf of the refrigerator and don't let it touch the walls of the refrigerator. line the opening of the cooler with 4mm eva yoga mat material. Surround it with 2 refrigerator cooled water bottles from the outside.
All peptide vials irrespective of lyophilized or reconstituted are kept upright.
Thermometer with probe no longer needed.
This is for long term 2-3 months storage of the lyophilized vials and reconstituted vials would be used daily for 4 weeks straight. There are blackout problems.
No silica packets anywhere in the reconstituted setup. Yes to silica packets for the lyophilized vials storage.
