protein:154g around that mark
training: 4 gym sessions 10k steps daily
sleep: im growing so i get 9-10 usually
water:3,7 liters or a gallon in AMERICA
going to do photos weekly and measurements weekly like weight and waist shoulders and biceps gonna measure them too
supplements: calcium. vitamin d3 magnesium, creatine if i can get my hands on that around 5g

Just eat most of your carbs around your workouts to avoid being tired during workingout

for ramadan i legit went without any food or water
and didnt really feel a difference as when im normally training
