calories:2,026 which is a 500 calorie deficit
protein:154g around that mark
training: 4 gym sessions 10k steps daily
sleep: im growing so i get 9-10 usually
water:3,7 liters or a gallon in AMERICA
going to do photos weekly and measurements weekly like weight and waist shoulders and biceps gonna measure them too
supplements: calcium. vitamin d3 magnesium, creatine if i can get my hands on that around 5g
