Bimax + sliding genio or implants (still evaluating)
Rhino
Hyaluronic Acid for Eye Bags
Accutane
Gym/calisthenics to grow shoulders and be more aesthetic in general // also help with self-esteem

I expect this will be completed in 3-4 years, wish me luck
