Ok, I'm going to make a protocol and I'll do it.
If you're a teenager, you probably have a weird face. Use a cleanser, moisturizer, and exfoliant, and your face is covered in acne. This protocol is recommended for those who have grade II acne and above and haven't been able to treat it.
First, go to a dermatologist and tell them that you've been treated with antibiotics and your acne has been resistant. After you have them, take 0.5 mg/kg for 7 months after eating a meal (don't expose yourself to the sun, use Vaseline or lip balm on your lips, ask your dermatologist for a stronger moisturizer). If you still have acne or resistant hyperpigmentation spots, continue for another 2 months.
After that, we start skincare. Wash your face with water, use a toner, moisturizer, vitamin C, and don't use sunscreen. Use GHK-CU.
I'm going to do this and I'll come back in May with the results.
