Yes you can but obv you'll look more aged. But it doesn't even matter cuz leanmaxxing will ascend your quality of life by a lot
Thanks I thought about doing the carnivore diet rather than just a normal diet. I tried to get on ozempic but Dr said I had to have diabetes to get it.

Almost everyone on the carnivore diet claims it has changed their health completely and I think it's worth giving a shot

Thanks, I hope so, there's only one way to find out.

Also if youre planning on going carnivore its a really good idea. Imo when i went carnivore ive seen some quick weightloss results. Just limit carbs and fats down to <50g tho
wouldn't u end up oxidising protein if u go below 50g of fat on carnivore with low carb and wouldn't that just stress out the body elevating cortisol and adrenaline I thought that the main purpose to going carnivore was that u experience the weight loss leaning out from being in ketosis.

How the hell does protein oxidize with under <50g fat and carb consumption?? What are your sources dude. I wanna know, cus i know my protein aint oxidizing tf. Plus i didnt say cut fat and carbs off completely right? I just said <50g. Thats enough for protein to not oxidize. And thats good enough for ketosis aswell? Am i wrong?

wait i think i read it wrong i read it as less than 50g not more than but also protien oxidizes (just like how the bodt oxidizes fat and carbs) when theres no fuel sources but im not sure the exact amount needed to keep ketosis stable it just doesnt seem like u would have any energy if u have less than 50g of fat a day on carnivore diet but i think i read ur reply wrong mb.

Dw, <50g carbs + fats is enough to keep ketosis stable and it burns body fat while the protein is used to protect your lean muscle. I understand your confusion lol
