My undereye area after 18kg of fat loss in 4 months

Anyone able to help with what is going on with my under eye area, or the area that is connecting my maxilla to my under eye area?

There is a weird curve or hill/bump? And loses me mid face harmony. Doesn't appear anywhere near as vivid in the mirror, but certainly does in mug shot pics. Not too close to lens either. I know the lens simplifies your face into a neat package, but still.

If you know what's going on, what's the way to fix it? Someone the other day on another forum suggested it was fat distribution around that area being off.

I'm not sure what your on about tbh, do you mean the lines directly under your eyes?

Those are caused by having recessed infraorbitals,
infraorbitals implants would fix this, although I would get lean first before you consider surgery, if you lean down and your malar area also becomes leaner the lines become way less prominent.
