Well i was in the hospital because i got sick and it effected my heart, virus turned into myocarditis. I am grateful it was easy on me but i fucking hate that i need to stay away from gym for 6 months. I feel like it will begin my downfall, gym was rly the thing keeping my bf% low. I cant walk much and im forced to sit more. I basically need some advice about how to keep my bf% and not lose gains if possible. What do you suggest ?

I would say keep it safe and simple by just eating the right amount of protein while you recover and perhaps getting in 10k steps a day if you can handle it!
