I'm around 172 cm tall without shoes at 16, my dad is 167 cm and my mom is 157 cm. Genetics are clear, I don't think we can change that much. After trying to eat healthily and look good, anything else seems like an exaggeration. What, are you going to spend all your money on risky things that raise hormone levels? :/ Absolutely ridiculous. I've heard about insoles lately, you might want to try them.
