Narrow jaw

Is there a way to fix a narrow jaw aka triangle face shape?
 
Jaw surgery or if you aren’t fully done with puberty you might experience jaw gains from that

is there a certain surgery for it because i was told jaw implants were the only way to widen it and yes im still in puberty

If youre still in puberty, do not worry. You can get palate expanders from your orthodontist

the pallate expanders work for bottom teeth? i heard it only works for top
