please help me this is what I look like when I'm not mewing natural face (yeah no wonder i mew) suekn maxillia due to years of mouth breathing gonly correcting it within the past year but by then it was to late. so what type of jaw surgery should I get or would just bands and braces fix my problem (also placement of teeth shown)

Put your front 2 teeth on top of your bottom from teeth, also you will need to get braces and badly.
