Hi guys hello I am Very Curious as to what the differences & benefits are between Natural (fruits) and Artificial (processed shit like candy) sugars are.

I know that Natural sugars are preferrable to Artificial ones always, but I'm not exactly sure why other than the fact that people say they are.
Anyone know?

a lot of sugar free/zero calorie products use sugar alcohol like sorbitol which have less calories but can cause indigestion because they act as laxatives. other artificial sweeteners make you crave more sugar because you taste the sweetness but get no glucose which confuses your body and makes you crave sugar more
