What is your diet?
I see that you also gained weight and muscle mass
A lot of mince beef and eggs, I try to limit carbs such as rice and bread to less than 50g, lot of veg such as onions, spinach, brocolli, carrot, green beans and cauliflower. I have the odd chocolate cake like once a month. Haven’t touched shitty takeaways in about 6 months. If I get sweet cravings I’ll either have a black coffee with sweetener or zero sugar energy drink such as monster ultra

For lean bulking, somewhere between mantainance and 200kcal surplus
For cutting, around 300-500kcal deficit
