Need general advice for improvement

Im a late teen and am looking to get the most out of puberty, I was wondering if there is a list of things to do to get the most benefits while the window is still open.

sleep a lot, do heavy exercize, stop ur bad habits like smoking, masturbation etc. are realistic goals

i would also recomend to switch to an raw animal product diet with lots of fruits, but you prob wont do that

i eat pretty healthy, but yeah my dad is stingy abt food, i dont think i can convince him to get that stuff
