Summary :

Personally thinking of

-- genio

-- buccal fat removal
(sometime in my early 20s, now too early I think)

-- hair transplant (unlikely)

-- GHK-CU injections for skin

Additional info :

-- Overbite (braces)

-- Decent/Low BF% ~18.5 BMI (last picture for reference)

-- very clean diet and general lifestyle
--> face fat just unlucky genes not BF%, hence why I'm thinking of buccal fat removal

-- Growth plates likely closed (low IGF-1 (300 ng/dL), and high testosterone levels (1260ng/dL) --> probably over

I plan on getting a job for about 3 months to get enough money for some hardmaxxing (about 4,500€ to 6,500€), which is why sth like Bimax is too expensive (UNLESS it's really necessary ig then I can work more)

Do you guys agree with my plans or would you recommend something different

So to get right to the point, I've personally considered getting a genio, because of my very clear jaw/chin recession and maybe something like a buccal fat removal (subtle). I'm not sure whether double jaw would be super worth it, because it's also just really expensive and I think my jaw recession isn't that insanely subhuman. (I could be wrong, it also doesn't look like my maxilla is super recessed?). Hair transplant is also something I've been thinking about, because of my shit hairline, but I wanted to try improving it "naturally" first. I'm generally unsure as to what my main flaws are and what exactly I should be fixing so I'd appreciate any advice. I do have an overbite, and am wearing braces right now, I am quite lean/skinny at like 18.5 BMI with a very clean diet so my face not being lean is just unlucky genetics. I'd ideally want to ascend to atleast HTN but that might be impossible with my base idk. I included a bunch of random pictures, some terrible some decent.

1. thicken neck WAY more. I'm talking a full on 3 set finisher at the end of every workout. It definitely helps with the appearance of your jaw. 2. rhino maybe before jaw

Agree on the neck 100% but why rhino? I actually didn't consider nose at all what's so bad about mine. I did want to probably get a septoplasty because mine is slightly crooked and realistically my insurance should cover that one

You don't need rhino you need bones
