Need help to get lean (also new to the forum btw)

I'm drinking a lot more water than usual and I'm cutting down significantly on sugar, while also working out. I'm currently at 16% body fat and trying to lower that to about 10%. Any tips?

Hop on a diet eat 2-3 meals a day but not proper just eat salad and the food that’s low and cal. I would suggest jog but I think sprints are more effective just be consistent do your exercises stick on diet drink hella water you’ll be good
