Need help with haircut ideas

These are kinda old pics but im thinking of possibly dying my hair brown and i wanna get a shorter haircut (my hair is mich longer now than in this photo). It also gets annoying in the gym this long and i definitely don't want any fade type bs.

hair doesnt even look bad imo back could do with a slight trim just to tidy it up, maybe invest in some hair products for extra texture or curl
