okay so I've been trying to actually lock in for a while now and I feel like I'm hitting a plateau, need outside eyes lol. some stats: 5'10.5", 135 lbs, actively trying to lose a bit more and fix my genetic under eye bags.
skin:
  • Skinfix Triple Peptide moisturizer
  • The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid
  • Rhode Glazing Milk
  • Kiehl's sunscreen (non negotiable)
  • The Ordinary Caffeine Solution for under eyes
  • Omnilux LED mask almost every day
lifestyle:
  • trying to get good sleep consistently
  • eating pretty clean/nutritious
  • walking ~10 miles most days
  • 10 min Alexis Ren ab workout after my walk
  • actively cutting
feel like my skin has actually improved a lot but I feel stuck on other stuff — jawline, overall "glow up" type stuff. am I missing anything obvious? is the LED mask even doing anything at this point or should I switch it up? open to any product swaps or routine changes

Some things are just genetic man

10 min Alexis Ren ab workout after my walk
Also don’t know what that is but your abs are only trained in spinal flexsion so a crunch variant. Everything else would just be more cardio

ok! yeah i think ive probably hit my peak other than the losing weight and eye area part.

Should get rid of this, substituting this for a retinoid will definitely have a better ROI on your skin
Genetics, surgery, or losing weight can get the appearance of a more defined and better one.

Also something revolving around the hyroid, though i’m not much educated on that particularly

Everything here is meh

Get rid of the mask and caffeine solution

Make sure you’re using SPF 30+ PA++++ to protect from both UVA+UVB

low Ph-Gentle based cleanser, ex dokdo 1025 roundlab

If you’ve had eye bags since birth, I assume they are recessed infras. I would recommend a PEEK scan, aka a 3D CT scan of your skull than ask for custom infraorbital implants

what retinoid,Ph-Gentle based cleanser, ex dokdo 1025 roundlab do you recommend and how do i get a PEEK scan these are foreign to me . this what i look like

what retinoid,
Depends on your goals, but if you want anti-aging since you look on the older end, use tretinoin, you can honestly stick to a lower percentage since the efficacy of higher percentage doesn’t have a significant difference

ex. (example) Dokdo 1025 Roundlab, i personally use sungjoon foam low ph and it has been doing me wonders.

consult with plastic surgeons or maxilloface/oral surgeon who performs PEEK implants then you can plan accordingly
