Need Tipps on Baldmaxxing

Lost too much hair (M23) and am too broke for Turkey trip. Thinking of baldmaxxing, but want to see if anyone has had success. There are plenty of bald guys who still manage to mog, but i want to figure how to prevent looking like gollum.

It's improving but i doubt it will fix my norwood 67
