I'm 6ft 300 lbs and majorly ugly.. I feel like I have potential but I'm too obese to even have a good jawline right now. If anyone can give me tips or insult me for motivation that'd help.

U need intensive cardio and a solid diet it’s hard telling fat n*****s to stop eating cuz they never listen but u need Low carbs low cals and a strong deficit low fat high protein and it must be LEAN PROTEIN. u should prob do stairmaster 1hr per session 3-7 times a week and lifting on the site to fix ur metabolism

Walking will be more than enough for him as cardio for now. Walk 1 hour daily . Maybe go into hills if u are in forest area. Walk stairs. I was at the same weight as u. Dm me and i will help with u anything. We will turn u into beastUr metabolism will be dogshit
