Genuinely gets on my nerves when I apply to an internship/job and they talk about how underrepresented minorities are favored

Good thing I never have to worry about this problem. I am Indian. Which means that employers are practically begging me to fulfill their job offerings. On the other hand, I have zero sympathy for white people. They did this to themselves. That race shouldn’t exist in my opinion. All they do is lay back and consume resources built off of the backs of our kind while white folk contribute nothing beneficial towards the incline of society. They are the devil. Indians hold all of the positions of power in the government and in mega-corporations. We are the ones making all of the legislature. White people are losing in their own land, if you can even call it theirs anymore.

Spuffy Its not a matter of opinion. There is an incentive to employ minorities that is sepetate from capabilities. They consider employing minorities a social responsibility which increases the demand for their employment
