Eating canned tuna and canned legumes are cheaper than a pack of protein powder.
Also whey/casein protein is high in lactose

The affordable one, yes, because it's bleached cheddar cheese wastes, so just lactose and glycomacropeptides.
The ones from raw skimmed milk are expensive af (ex. Nutrimuscle)
